Who is responsible

Pulsar, operated by Sasha Reuland, runs pulsarmusic.nl and is responsible for the personal information processed through this order page. For privacy questions or requests, email pulsardubs@gmail.com.

What is collected

When you place an order, the site collects your name, email address, phone number, order details and chosen fulfilment and payment methods. A delivery address is collected only when shipping is selected. The site stores an order number, date, quantity, prices, VAT and order status for administration. Bank, card and payment-account details are not collected or stored by Pulsar.

Why it is used

Contact and delivery information is processed because it is necessary to handle and fulfil your order. Minimal sales information is kept to meet tax and accounting obligations. The information is not used for profiling, automated decisions or marketing.

How long it is kept

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address are deleted from the site database as soon as the order is marked completed, or otherwise no later than 45 days after the order was placed. The order remains visible only with those fields permanently removed. Minimal non-contact sales records may be retained for up to seven years where Dutch tax law requires this. Transactional email copies and delivery logs are subject to the retention settings of the sender, recipient and email provider.

Services involved

OpenAI hosts the site and its order database. Resend is used to deliver order emails. A payment is completed on the external secure-payment page after you choose to follow that link; Pulsar does not receive your payment credentials. The visualizer loads from pulsarvisualizer.nl. SoundCloud content is loaded only after you activate the audio player or follow the SoundCloud link. These providers may process technical request information needed to provide and secure their services.

ChatGPT Sites does not currently offer a data-residency setting, so site information and operational data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the terms and safeguards applicable to the hosting account and service providers.

Cookies and analytics

Pulsar currently uses no advertising or visitor-analytics cookies on these public pages. The email address shown on the post-order screen is kept only in that browser tab's temporary session storage. Essential technical logs may be generated by the hosting and security services. If analytics are added later, this statement will be updated before the tracking is enabled.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, where applicable. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Send requests to pulsardubs@gmail.com. You may be asked for enough information to verify that the order is yours.
